Turn-around Time

Once the order has been placed, please expect packaging and tracking within 1-2 business days. 

Custom items may require an additional 1-2 weeks as most items in-store are made-to-order.

Rush Fee

We accept a rush-fee on select items for customers seeking items by a sooner date. Contact us for more information on our rates.

US Domestic Shipping

We ship primarily through USPS AND UPS. All orders will have an additional fee to cover these costs. Please review this fee at the checkout page.


RETURNS

Return Cost

We accept returns on select items, and free repairs. Due to the money, time, and effort, no all items are available. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us directly. Please note that the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees.

30 Days to Return

Our return policy accepts items within 30 days of the customers order date. Please contact us prior to returning. We will provide the return address. We are not responsible for items shipped to us without notice.

Returns and Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted on select items, provided that the new item is of equal or lesser value. Please ensure that the item being exchanged is in its original condition and packaging. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Wholesale item sales are final. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate an exchange or seek further assistance, our customer service team is available to help.

If Applicable

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
